Once you have decided which yacht best suits your needs and what ownership portion you desire, HYG takes care of all the details with complete disclosure and transparency.
Yacht Acquisition
Before you commit, your total capital investment is clearly detailed with no "hidden fees". While you wait for the yacht to be delivered, your Deposit is held in Trust. Upon delivery you invest your remaining upfront share costs into the Partnership that owns the yacht (and only that yacht).
Ongoing Expenses
All annual ongoing expenses required for the insurance, mooring, maintenance and upgrading of the yacht are pre-estimated by HYG. Based on percentage of ownership of the yacht, each owner pays his or her share in the form of a monthly payment over the 48 month term of ownership. The monthly payment also includes the management fee charged by HYG. Each owner receives a regular statement outlining the expenses for the yacht.
Variable Expenses
These costs are dependent on your use of the boat and include: Fuel, Transient Dockage Fees, all personal costs associated with an owners' usage and any extraordinary cleaning if required after use.

As a co-owner of a Hutton Yacht Group yacht, you are able to take advantage of the following service offerings at an additional cost. These include:
Concierge Service
You just call ahead and we will shop and deliver your supplies aboard.
We can arrange local tours, restaurant and theatre bookings, car hire, collection from the airport, etc. We can ensure that your favourite personal effects are on your yacht when you arrive. For example, you may have special CD's, videos, fishing equipment or special cushions, etc. that we keep for you and ensure that those items are on board each time you use the yacht.
Positioning Service
If you would like to utilize the yacht from, or end your time aboard at a different port of call, we can position the yacht for you. Time and destination restrictions may result in some destinations not being possible.
Cleaning Service
Although each owner is responsible for basic cleaning of the boat after using it, we are able to offer a full cleaning service, if required.
